Prepare a test page

Use a page with some text and an image, and with no personal or confidential data. Each test is public for 30 days.For a fax by phone, use black and white. A test by email can be in colour.

Send it from your machine

Pick a test number or a test email address:Each fax number is also a test email address: the digits of the international number, with no plus, then @faxbeep.com.
Dial one of the test numbers from your fax machine and send the page. Any country can call any of the numbers. The test is free, but your line provider can charge for the call.

Find your result

Open faxbeep.com. Your page appears at the top of the list of test results, usually in a minute or two. The list updates by itself, so you do not need to reload the page.A test that arrived by email has the label “Received by email” on its page.

Check the result

Click your page to open it. Check the orientation, the clarity and the page count. For a fax by phone, also check the sender ID that your machine printed at the top of the page. Open the PDF to see each page.
