The list of test results updates by itself while the page is open. If your test does not show after a few minutes, reload the page.

Faxbeep shows nothing for a call that failed. Read the transmission report of your machine. Check that you dialled one of the test numbers:

Tests from the same sender that look alike are shown as one stack, with a count on it. After a reload, your test can be inside a stack. Click the stack to see each test in it. See Groups.
The sender shows as Unknown

Many tests arrive with no sender number. Then the sender shows as “Unknown”. Look for your test by the time it arrived and the page count. See How the sender shows.

The test arrived, but Faxbeep could not show its pages. Its page shows “This fax could not be processed. Please try sending again.”Send it again. For a test by email, use a lower resolution or another file format.
It was removed
It was removed
Each test is removed after 30 days, or sooner on a request. Its page then shows “This fax has been removed per our privacy policy.” or “This fax has been removed per user request.” See Public for 30 days.

Faxbeep refused the email. Your email reached Faxbeep, so your machine can send email. Change the file as the message says. See Email refusal messages.

The email did not leave your machine. Check the outgoing mail server (SMTP) settings of the machine: the server name, the port, the login and the encryption.

Your machine probably sent one file for each page. Faxbeep shows one file for each email. Set the scan file format to PDF or TIFF, so that all pages are in one file.
